The Machine Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing troubleshoot, problem solving, preventive maintenance, service, and repair of machine tools. The Technician performs all job functions in a high-quality, efficient, and timely manner. The Technician works as a member of a team and assists other team members as required and makes recommendations to senior management on process improvements to ensure efficient machine operations.
OMW’s Machine Maintenance Technician needs excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The Machine Maintenance Technician must be a proactive communicator who enjoys being hands‑on. The Technician must fully understand machine maintenance requirements and have a sense of responsibility towards our company. The role requires adaptability, flexibility, and an agile mindset to manage competing priorities, support a broad range of machine tools, and keep up with the fast pace of our team as we pursue meeting our customers’ needs. As a Machine Maintenance Technician your goal is to support the organization in delivering good products on time all while continuing to improve.
