Job summary

Diamondback America is seeking a CNC Machine Cleaning Technician to maintain cleanliness and functional integrity of machinery, supporting production efficiency and safety standards.

The role requires attention to detail, familiarity with cleaning agents, and basic mechanical abilities. You will work on 1st shift with standard hours, subject to OT as needed to keep equipment in top condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a cleaning or maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with cleaning agents and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic mechanical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of machinery and around machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation.
• Inspect and identify any potential issues with equipment that may require immediate attention.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning agents and techniques to remove dirt, grease, and other contaminants from equipment.
• Conduct basic general machine maintenance per machine manufacturer criteria to include but not limited to: lubrication, filter changes/cleaning, wear inspection, loose or leaking connections, cleaning/changing coolant filters, changing out coolant tanks.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning/basic machine maintenance activities and equipment status to support operational transparency.
• Adhere to safety protocols and standards while handling cleaning materials and machinery.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to address equipment issues and improve cleaning processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
