Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a CNC Lead to supervise the shop floor in Bohemia, NY. You will oversee daily machining activities, perform advanced CNC setups, and guide a team of machinists to hit production targets with tight tolerances.

The role requires 3 years of experience, a high school diploma, and a hands-on approach to quality, safety, and lean initiatives. First shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential overtime. Salary range: $65,000–$90,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC/Mill lead experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to mentor machinists.

We are seeking an experienced, leadership-minded CNC Lead to oversee daily shop floor activities, optimize machine setup workflows, resolve complex technical issues, and guarantee that all manufactured components meet precise production targets and quality requirements.

salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
