Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
• 2+ years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Experience operating CNC equipment/machining required.
• Machining trade school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs set up of 3, 4, and 5 Axis CNC machines.
• Operates multiple machines simultaneously.
• Monitors machine performance and maintains documentation.
• Makes offsets and adjustments with minimal supervision.
• Adheres to Quality Management System procedures and training.
