Job summary

Express Employment is seeking a CNC Lathe Programmer/Setup & Operator for the 1st shift in the Parma area (Cleveland Metro). You will program, set up, and operate Fanuc-controlled lathes to produce precision parts from prints, ensuring strict quality standards.

The role requires 3–5+ years of CNC experience, strong reading of blueprints, and the ability to mentor others in a small team. Monday–Friday schedule with occasional overtime; tooling and PPE provided.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Experience programming Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience in short-run, high-mix manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes with Fanuc controls.
• Read blueprints and create programs from prints.
• Produce precision parts while ensuring quality standards.
• Perform inspections using precision tools and record measurements.
• Mentor fellow operators to maximize productivity.
