• Programs mills and lathes with precise instructions.
• Monitors specs during operations and maintains quality.
• Troubleshoots process malfunctions and adjusts controls or reprograms as needed.
• Maintains and sharpens tools and replaces worn components.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives and team problem-solving.
• Assists with prototype development or process optimization.
• Keeps work area clean, safe, and orderly and adheres to SOPs.
