Job summary

Ari Walsh Inc. seeks a CNC Lathe Operator in Wauconda, IL for the 3rd shift (10:30pm–7:00am). Training on 1st shift will occur for 2–3 weeks. Candidates should have CNC lathe experience, FANUC familiarity, and be able to work with bar feeders and spindle maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities include operating the lathe, inspecting parts, and preparing material for the bar feeder while maintaining quality and throughput in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of CNC lathe operating experience.
• Proficient in G-code and M-code.
• FANUC experience is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathe on 3rd shift; train on 1st shift for 2–3 weeks.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure conformance to specs.
• Make CNC offsets and set up tooling.
