Conrad Company Holdings, a thriving family-owned business, is seeking a CNC Lathe Operator to work at our Capitol Tool facility in New Cumberland, PA.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate a lathe machine.
• Inspect parts while in operation.
• Take pride in one’s own work.
• Operate CNC production equipment with a focus on safe operation.
• Report operating difficulties of equipment.
• Maintain an orderly work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines while operating equipment.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience operating a CNC lathe
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Familiarity with Haas and Harding lathe machines is a plus.

Salary: $20 - $30/hour
