Job summary

MCM Staffing LLC seeks an experienced CNC Lathe Operator to join our manufacturing team in Michigan. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of CNC lathe operating experience and be able to produce high-quality precision components while maintaining efficiency.

You will read blueprints, perform offsets, inspect parts with precision tools, change tools, and keep accurate production records. A strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of CNC lathe experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Experience performing machine offsets and making program adjustments as needed.
  • Knowledge of precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Ability to inspect parts and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Experience changing and maintaining cutting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
