Job summary

LINK Staffing in East Houston, TX is seeking CNC Lathe & Mill Operators for a four-day workweek production role. You will operate CNC lathes and mills, load materials, inspect parts, and read blueprints in a clean, stable manufacturing environment. This full-time temp-to-hire position offers weekly pay and room for long-term career growth.

Qualified candidates have CNC lathe/mill experience, blueprint reading skills, and dependable attendance. Overtime and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC lathes and CNC mills in a production environment.
• CNC setup experience preferred.
• Swiss-style CNC lathe experience is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
• Manufacturing or machine shop experience required.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes and CNC mills in a production environment.
• Load raw materials and monitor machining operations.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality.
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and machining specifications.
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed.
• Maintain production records and quality documentation.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Job Highlights

• Pay: Competitive – DOE (Higher pay based on CNC experience)
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Overtime: Fridays and weekends as needed
• Location: East Houston, TX
