Hallite Seals Americas is seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist/Programmer to join their team in Wixom, MI.

If you have at least 3 years of CNC lathe machining and programming experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, Hallite wants to hear from you! Injection mold experience and technical training in machining or toolmaking are preferred but not required.

Essential duties/responsibilities:

• Program and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce precision components and injection molds.
• Build, repair, and modify injection molds per technical specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance on molds to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical schematics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mold-related issues to maintain production efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with first-shift mold makers to streamline production and maintenance processes.
