Qualifications

• Reads and interprets process sheets, blueprints, and work instructions to determine machining requirements.
• Capable of setting up and operating CNC Lathe Machining Centers.
• Strong troubleshooting and inspection skills to identify and fix issues in setups and parts.
• Able to follow detailed process specifications and organize workflow efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Reads process sheets, job folders, blueprints, and work instructions to determine machining, specifications, setup, and operating requirements.
• Maintain job folder integrity and organize materials for runs.
• Repair/adjust setups and tooling; troubleshoot nonconforming processes.
• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines and inspect first run pieces for conformance.
