Candidates should have 3–5 years of CNC lathe experience, be proficient at reading blueprints, and have Fanuc controls experience. Mastercam is preferred; the ability to work independently and manage time effectively is essential. Day, night (15% differential), and weekend shifts with differential are available.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of CNC lathe experience required.
• Must be able to read blueprints.
• Must have Fanuc controls experience; live tooling is preferred.
• Mastercam experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in the operation of CNC Lathes (Program, Tool, and Work Setup).
• Load programs and edit offsets and code to produce parts within specification.
• Manual programming and editing coded programs (on machine or desktop).
• Operate manual machining centers when required.
• Use measuring equipment (Micrometer, Caliper, CMM, etc.).
• Read and machine CAD drawings; measure and inspect parts; document inspections.
• Perform and document process inspection.
• Other duties as assigned.
