Brinkman Precision, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist for the B Shift in West Henrietta, NY. You will set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathes to deliver precision components according to detailed blueprints and specifications.

Strong GD&T interpretation and accurate use of precision measuring tools are essential. Collaboration with engineers and teammates ensures deadlines and quality targets are met in a high-precision environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of CNC lathe experience in a precision machining environment.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T clearly.
• Accurate use of precision measuring instruments and tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathes to produce precision components according to blueprints.
• Perform tool changes, offset adjustments, and minor programming edits as needed.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools to ensure quality.
• Interpret technical drawings and machining instructions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues.
• Work with team members and engineers to meet production deadlines and quality standards.

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathes to produce precision components according to blueprints and specifications
