Brinkman Precision, Inc. in West Henrietta, NY is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist for B shift. You will set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathes to produce precision components according to blueprints.

The role requires reading technical drawings with GD&T, using calipers and micrometers for inspection, and collaborating with engineers to meet production deadlines. Competitive hourly pay from $20 to $40 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC lathe experience in precision machining.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
• Proficient use of precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathes to produce precision components per blueprints and specs.
• Perform tool changes, offset adjustments, and minor programming edits as needed.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure quality.
• Interpret technical drawings and machining instructions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues.
• Collaborate with team members and engineers to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
