Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist with a strong background in 5-axis machining. The role involves setting up, operating, and adjusting CNC lathes on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis equipment.

You will work 2nd shift (3 PM to 11 PM) on a full-time direct placement basis, with a pay rate of $25–$32 per hour. Aerospace experience is preferred; candidates should have 8–10 years of lathe experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 8–10 years of CNC lathe experience (3- and 4-axis).
• Aerospace background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines (3, 4 and 5-Axis) per blueprints.
• Make adjustments and troubleshoot controllers, machines, and processes.
• Select tools and set feeds and speeds to meet production requirements.
• Perform inspections of machined parts using precision hand tools to ensure quality standards.
• Work independently with minimal supervision to maintain productivity.
• Lift up to 70 lbs as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and assist with inventory.
