Job summary

Custom Marine is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist in Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will program, operate, and set up lathes with sub-spindles and live tooling to produce parts per specifications.

Experience with Fanuc ISeries G-Code and familiarity with Mastercam is a plus. The role offers a four-day work week with overtime and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and interpreting work instructions.
• Strong understanding of G-Code programming (Fanuc ISeries).
• Familiarity with Mastercam is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate CNC lathes to produce parts to specification.
• Read and interpret blueprints and/or work instructions.
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure finished part accuracy.
• Make program adjustments as needed to meet print specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; manage priorities to meet customer needs.
