Job summary

Custom Marine Inc in Neenah, WI, seeks a CNC Lathe Machinist for 2nd shift. You will setup and operate CNC lathes with sub-spindles and live tooling to produce parts to print specifications.

The role requires reading blueprints, interpreting work instructions, and adjusting programs to ensure accuracy. We offer a four-day work week with overtime and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating CNC lathes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong understanding of G-Code programming using Fanuc I-Series Plus.
• Familiarity with Mastercam software is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate CNC lathes to produce parts to specification.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions to understand project specs.
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure finished parts accuracy.
• Make program adjustments to meet print specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Manage priorities and adjust accordingly to meet customer needs.

Salary Range: $24.11 To $35.36 Hourly

We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist, the ideal candidate will have experience programming, operating and setting up Lathes with Sub-Spindles and live tooling. We offer a clean work environment along with modern up to date equipment working a four day work week with overtime available.
