Qualifications

• Operate CNC lathes and mills safely and efficiently.
• Perform machine setups, tooling changes, offsets, and adjustments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and tooling instructions.
• Inspect machined parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Verify parts meet customer and engineering specifications.
• Move and retrieve parts from designated production areas.
• Follow DOD, OSHA, and ISO manufacturing standards.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Complete daily housekeeping responsibilities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Responsabilités

• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specs using gauges.
• Document daily production and report any deviations to supervision.

Job Description

• Operate CNC lathes and mills safely and efficiently
• Perform machine setups, tooling changes, offsets, and adjustments
• Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and tooling instructions
• Inspect machined parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Verify parts meet customer and engineering specifications
• Replace worn tooling and return tooling after job completion
• Move and retrieve parts from designated production areas
• Follow DOD, OSHA, and ISO manufacturing standards
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Complete daily housekeeping responsibilities
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
