Job summary

Accessible Technologies, Inc. is hiring a CNC Lathe Machinist for the 2nd shift in a climate-controlled, on-site machine shop. Join a team supporting ProCharger performance brands with modern equipment and strong leadership.

You will set up, program, and operate CNC lathe machines, read blueprints, and work with senior machinists and engineers to meet schedules and quality standards. Overtime may be available as needed.

Qualifications

• CNC lathe experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC lathe machines.
• Perform part setups, tool changes, and in-process inspections.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and tolerances.
• Work closely with senior machinists, programmers, engineering, and quality.
• Identify and report non-conforming parts to resolve issues quickly.
• Maximize efficiency through proper setups and smooth transitions.
• Meet production rates, schedules, and quality standards.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly
Shifts Available: 2nd shift Monday-Thursday (four 10 hour shifts, 2pm-12am)

Required Qualifications

• CNC lathe experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators
• Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings
• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Preferred (Not Required)

• 1+ years of CNC Lathe Machinist experience
• Mastercam programming experience is a bonus
• Experience in automotive or performance manufacturing

Schedule

• Full-time, on-site
• 2nd shift available(Monday-Thursday, 2:00pm-12:00am)
• Occasional overtime, including evenings or weekends, as needed
