Job summary

Accessible Technologies, Inc., the maker behind ProCharger®, is hiring a CNC Machinist to support our growing production team in a clean, climate-controlled machine shop. You will set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines, read blueprints, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to meet production rates and quality standards on 1st shift (6am-3pm) on-site in Lenexa, KS.

Qualifications

• CNC milling experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators
• Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings
• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines
• Perform part setups, tool changes, and in-process inspections
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and tolerances
• Work closely with senior machinists, programmers, engineering, and quality teams
• Identify and report non-conforming parts to resolve issues quickly
• Maximize efficiency through proper setups and smooth transitions
• Meet production rates, schedules, and quality standards
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
