$28.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist for our client in Phoenix, AZ. This is a direct hire opportunity with a global leader in aerospace engine components, offering the chance to work with cutting-edge technology in a precision-focused environment.

• Location: Phoenix, AZ
• Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour + Shift Differential
• Shifts Available:
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday, 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate multiple CNC lathe machines
• Assist and guide fellow machinists in technical problem-solving
• Coordinate shift handovers and support communication across teams
• Troubleshoot issues with engineering and quality support as needed
• Interpret blueprints and work instructions to meet production goals

• Experience with CNC lathe machining and GD&T interpretation
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math conversions
