Job summary

Lawrence Equipment is seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist for our 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM). You will edit programs and set up HAAS lathes to produce precision parts, read blueprints, and perform quality checks with precision measuring tools.

Collaborate with engineering to improve machining processes and product quality while maintaining safety standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist.
• Experience with HAAS or Fanuc lathes (ST-30, ST-40 preferred).
• Proficient in G-Code, M-code and blueprint reading.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

• Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and bore gauges.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
