Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist.
• Experience editing programs and setting up HAAS or Fanuc lathes.
• Proficiency with G-Code and blueprint reading.

Responsibilities

• Edit programs and set up HAAS CNC lathes to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine machining requirements.
• Perform quality checks using bore gauges, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
• Maintain tooling and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve machining processes and product quality.

As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality components that meet our rigorous standards. What you'll do

• Must have 5+ years exp. setup, edit programs, operate HAAS or Fanuc lathes (ST-30, ST-40 preferred)
• Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.
• Proficiency in G-Code, M-code, Fanuc controls and blueprint reading.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and bore gauges.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
