Lawrence Equipment is seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist for the 2nd shift, Mon–Fri, 3:30PM–12:00AM in South El Monte, California. The role includes setting up HAAS lathes, editing programs, and producing precision parts to spec.

The candidate should have 5+ years of experience, strong blueprint reading, G/M-code proficiency, and use of micrometers and bore gauges. A 5% shift differential applies to the 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist.
• Must have 5+ years exp. setup, edit programs, operate HAAS or Fanuc lathes (ST-30, ST-40 preferred)
• Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.
• Proficiency in G-Code, M-code, Fanuc controls and blueprint reading.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and bore gauges.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join our dynamic team on our 2nd Shift Mon - Fri 3:30PM - 12:00AM. As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality components that meet our rigorous standards. This position is essential to our commitment to innovation and excellence in manufacturing. The 2 nd shift will have a 5% shift differential.
