Fairchild Precision Parts has been machining mission-critical components for aerospace, defense, and fluid-control customers for more than 80 years, and this CNC Lathe Setup Tech & Operator role sits right at the center of that work. You'll own the full cycle on your machines: tooling, setup, running production, and checking your own work against tight tolerances (down to ±0.0001" on some jobs). It's a good fit for someone who wants real ownership of their machines rather than just running someone else's program, at a shop that has stayed AS9100D and ISO 9001 certified for decades.
You'll run CNC lathes with Fanuc controls. Experience on Citizen/Miyano and Daewoo/Doosan equipment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with an ERP system (ProShop preferred) is a plus, as is exposure to precision inspection equipment such as Keyence systems, optical comparators, concentricity gages, and profilometers.
This role pays $27–$34 per hour, full-time.
