Job summary

Integrated Magnetics is looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to set up, program and operate CNC lathes for precision parts used in aerospace, defense, and medical sectors. You will interpret engineering drawings and ensure parts meet exact tolerances.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical CNC training or certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist or similar role.
• Ability to read blueprints and machining instructions.
• Proficiency in programming CNC lathe machines and using measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings and translate them into precise CNC lathe operations.
• Program and operate CNC lathe equipment to produce high-precision parts.
• Monitor machine performance and tooling wear to maintain quality.
• Conduct in-process and final quality inspections against specifications.

Job description

Integrated Magnetics is looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to operate and maintain CNC lathe machines for the production of precision parts. The CNC Lathe Machinist will play a critical role in the manufacturing process by setting up machines, programming, and producing high-quality components that meet exact specifications. This position supports our mission to deliver superior custom-engineered solutions to the military, government, aerospace, semiconductor, and medical sectors.

Responsibilities include interpreting engineering drawings, programming and operating CNC lathe equipment, monitoring machine performance, performing quality inspections, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Shift options include First Shift from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Second Shift from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM, with hourly rates reflecting experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in CNC machining preferred.
