Qualifications

• CNC programming/machining experience is required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Proficient in CAD/CAM software and CNC systems
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills for precise programming

Responsibilities

• Analyze orders, drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine production requirements
• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software
• Set up CNC laser equipment according to production specifications
• Perform test runs and adjust programs for accuracy and dimensional compliance
• Optimize programs to improve efficiency and reduce material waste
• Maintain accurate records of CNC programs, machine operations, and modifications
• Troubleshoot programming, machining, and production issues
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to resolve issues
• Train operators on proper equipment operation and troubleshooting
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
