• Create and maintain production documentation using Windows and Office.
• Maintain records of CNC programs and related files.
• Troubleshoot programming issues to minimize downtime.
• Provide clear program updates to shop floor personnel.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing.
• Assist with implementing new equipment and programming systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
