Horsepower Automotive Group in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a Laser Operator to run TRUMPF Boost Laser cutting and bending systems during the 2:00PM–10:30PM shift. You will convert SolidWorks files to laser-ready formats and create standard work instructions for programs, ensuring accurate, high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have CNC laser experience and a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with CNC laser cutting and programming preferred.
• Must be 18+ and able to work 2:00PM–10:30PM shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate TRUMPF Boost Laser cutting and bending system programs.
• Program files for laser cut nesting.
• Convert SolidWorks files into laser sheet metal files for production.
• Create standard work instructions for new and existing programs.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs and implement process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with staff to ensure accuracy and quality.
