Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma or equivalent.
• An associate degree in CNC programming or related field preferred.
• CNC certification from an accredited program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produces machined parts by operating a CNC machine/burn table.
• Interpret specifications from 3D CAD blueprints and drawings.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto machines.
• Run test cuts to verify outputs meet specifications.
• Set machines for full cycles to fabricate large quantities.
• Supervise machines and adjust for quality improvements.
• Inspect finished parts and compare to requirements.
• Maintain daily machine functionality and safety.
• Provide training to new operators as needed.
• Support a strong safety culture and policy adherence.
