Job summary

Horsepower Automotive Group in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Laser Operator to program and operate TRUMPF Boost Laser cutting and bending systems. You will ensure high-quality output on every run, working 2nd shift and joining a team that values craftsmanship and pride in American-made parts.

Qualifications

• HD diploma or GED required.
• Experience in metal fabrication preferred.
• Experience in laser operation and programming preferred.
• Prior use of TRUMPF systems, Boost Programs, or TruTops is a strong plus.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate TRUMPF Boost Laser cutting and bending system programs.
• Program files for laser cut nesting.
• Convert SolidWorks files into laser sheet metal files for production.
• Create standard work instructions for new and existing programs.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs and implement process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with staff to ensure accuracy and quality.
