Job summary

Barnes Aerospace, West Chester Division is seeking a Laser Operator on 3rd shift to support manufacturing operations. You will set up and operate CNC laser and related machines, inspect parts, and uphold safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail oriented, and able to work under deadline pressures in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or GED required; aerospace experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC laser equipment preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and interpretations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC laser and other production machines.
• Problem-solve machinery/material issues.
• Use calipers, mics, overlays and pin gauges to inspect parts.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
