Job summary

Opti Staffing is hiring an Experienced Laser Operator for a Vancouver, WA facility. You will operate and maintain laser cutting equipment, read blueprints and cut sheets, and load materials for production jobs.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced shop environment. The position offers a full-time swing shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM), competitive hourly pay, and long-term growth opportunities within a stable metal fabrication company.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating a laser, high-definition plasma table, or burn table.
