Job summary

Top Metal Solutions in Adkins, TX seeks a CNC Laser Cutting Operator to support metal fabrication.

You will load cutting files, set up material, run the Bodor laser, monitor the process, and inspect finished parts for quality. Training will be provided; welding or CAD not required. On-site, full-time with a 3-day weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC cutting is required or preferred.
• Ability to read measurements, drawings and production instructions.
• Experience using basic measuring tools.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Bodor CNC fiber laser cutting machine.
• Load and review CNC cutting files such as DXF or similar formats.
• Perform basic nesting and job setup.
• Verify material type, thickness, dimensions, and quantities.
• Load steel, stainless steel, and aluminum plate or sheet.
• Set and adjust basic cutting parameters.
• Run and monitor cutting operations.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and cut quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic cutting issues.
• Read basic blueprints and production instructions.
• Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Learn and support other CNC equipment as needed.

CNC Laser Cutting Operator

Pay: $22.00
Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 7:00 AM-5:45 PM
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Position Summary

Top Metal Solutions is looking for a CNC Laser Cutting Operator to support our metal fabrication operations.
Previous experience with a Bodor laser is not required. Training will be provided. We are looking for someone who understands the basic CNC cutting process, from loading and preparing a cutting file to setting up the material, running the machine, monitoring the cut, and inspecting finished parts.
Experience with CNC laser, plasma, waterjet, router, or similar CNC cutting equipment is welcome.

Bodor experience, advanced CNC programming, and CAD design experience are not required.
