Job summary

Krones Inc. is seeking a CNC Integrex Machinist for the 2nd or 3rd shift in Wisconsin. The role involves operating Mazak Integrex and 3-axis lathes with setup, programming, and precision tolerances, in a low-volume/high-mix environment.

First-piece and in-process inspections are required, with attention to Mazatrol and G&M code usage. The position requires a high school diploma (advanced education or apprenticeship preferred) and 3-5 years of CNC Mazak Integrex experience.

Qualifications

• Mazatrol conversational programming knowledge required.
• 3-5 years of CNC Mazak Integrex or 3-axis lathe experience required.
• Experience running different grades of material and performing multiple set-ups per day required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and program Integrex/Mazak machines to meet tolerances and finishing requirements.
• Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections.
• Read and edit G&M code and mazatrol programming at the machine; maintain a clean 5S work area.
