Job summary

You will follow bills of material, perform setups, and ensure quality in a dynamic shop environment. Responsibilities include operating milling, punch press, saws, and other machines, performing material handling, and maintaining tools and workspace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Receives assignments from supervisors.
• Set up and operate milling machine to mill insulation strips.
• Set up and operate radial spacer punch, assemble spacer assemblies and bandaged spacers.
• Set up and operate static ring shaper and wrapper machines.
• Assemble washer assemblies and common spacer rings per bill of material.
• Fabricate blocks and cylinders per bill of material.
• Wind and fabricate pattern cylinders per bill of material.
• Move finished material to designated area.
• Perform minor repairs and machine maintenance.
• Complete checklists and inventory control sheets.
