Job summary

Dynomax, Inc, a family-owned company that designs and manufactures high-precision machined components, injection molding and tooling, and automated work cells since 1986, is seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to service production equipment including CNC, Injection Mold, and Metal Finishing systems.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, scheduled upkeep, and diagnostics using test instruments.

Qualifications

Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with precision tools.
Experience reading and using precision measuring devices.
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools for assembly and repair.
Familiarity with calibration standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

Installation, service, and repairs of CNC machines and industrial equipment, electric motors, and related equipment
Perform scheduled maintenance on production equipment
Move and replace machinery using forklifts and dollies with proper certifications
Use gauges and test instruments to diagnose malfunctions and disassemble/repair components
Fabricate, assemble, and test mechanical system parts as needed
Replace fuses, light bulbs, circuit breakers, electrical switches, and other equipment per specs
