Dynomax, Inc, a family-owned company that designs and manufactures high-precision machined components, injection molding and tooling, and automated work cells since 1986, is seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to service production equipment including CNC, Injection Mold, and Metal Finishing systems.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, scheduled upkeep, and diagnostics using test instruments.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with precision tools.
• Experience reading and using precision measuring devices.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools for assembly and repair.
• Familiarity with calibration standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Installation, service, and repairs of CNC machines and industrial equipment, electric motors, and related equipment
• Perform scheduled maintenance on production equipment
• Move and replace machinery using forklifts and dollies with proper certifications
• Use gauges and test instruments to diagnose malfunctions and disassemble/repair components
• Fabricate, assemble, and test mechanical system parts as needed
• Replace fuses, light bulbs, circuit breakers, electrical switches, and other equipment per specs

MACHINE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Dynomax, Inc, a family-owned company, designs, manufactures, and develops high-precision machined components, injection molding and tooling, sub-assemblies, automated work cells, specialty machines, and machine tool spindles since 1986. We are seeking a skilled and well rounded Machine Maintenance Technician who will work on a wide variety of production equipment including CNC, Injection Mold, Metal Finishing equipment.

Machine Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities

• Installation, service, and repairs of CNC Machines and industrial equipment, electric motors, and other related equipment
• Perform scheduled maintenance on production equipment
• Move and replace machinery using fork lifts and dollies through attainment of proper certifications
• Use gages and other test instruments to diagnose malfunctions and hand and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble system components
• Fabricate, assemble, and test mechanical system parts as needed, using hand tools, and power tools
• Replaces fuses, light bulbs, circuit breakers, electric switches, and other electrical equipment following electrical specifications

Machine Maintenance Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 5 or more year of Production Equipment Maintenance experience
• Mechanical aptitude
• Proficiency in mechanical and controls calibration standards and methods a plus
• Proficient with hand tools and the ability to read precision measuring hand tools
