Job summary

Barry-Wehmiller BW Packaging in Ohio is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with CNC repair experience to keep our manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair CNC machinery, with Mazatrol and Fanuc control systems experience.

This hands-on role requires reading schematics, performing preventive maintenance, and collaborating with machinists and production teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance or CNC repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair CNC machines including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Read electrical schematics and technical drawings to identify faults and complete repairs.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on CNC machinery to improve reliability.
• Repair facility equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and hand tools.
• Maintain accurate preventive maintenance records and collaborate with the production team.
