Prospect Mold and Die in Cuyahoga Falls, OH, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to ensure efficient and safe operation of all plant areas. You will perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and support maintenance across departments to meet tight production deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of industrial maintenance, 2+ years CNC repair, and solid electrical knowledge (24Vdc–480V). Knowledge of Heidenhain a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in industrial maintenance.
• 2+ years CNC repair/maintenance.
• Industrial electrical knowledge 24Vdc–480V 3-phase.
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing machinery.
• Ability to work with others and independently.
• Heidenhain knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Aufgaben

• Ensure all projects have a sense of urgency.
• Unscheduled troubleshooting and repairs of industrial machinery, including CNC equipment.
• Perform preventive/routine maintenance on assigned equipment such as inspecting drives, motors and belts.
• Facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, pneumatics and basic HVAC.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems on CNC machines and determine how to correct them.
• Maintain a clean work area and a positive attitude.
• Perform general cleaning of building and property when time allows.
• Must perform machine calibrations to ensure straightness, level and accuracy.
