Alliance Industrial Solutions in Euclid, OH is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support our production line. This on-site role focuses on keeping equipment reliable through mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical maintenance, including CNC machinery and transformers.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in industrial maintenance, be able to work a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shift, and demonstrate problem-solving skills with a proactive safety mindset.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, especially in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Electrical troubleshooting and repair skills for systems up to 480 volts.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects.
• Certifications or licenses related to maintenance (preferred but not required).
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and work in confined spaces as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Perform mechanical maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on hydraulic systems, to ensure machinery operates at peak performance.
• Conduct electrical repairs and troubleshooting for systems up to 480 volts, including diagnostics and preventive maintenance.
• Repair transformers and other electrical components as needed.
• Execute maintenance repairs on CNC machinery and other production equipment to prevent downtime.
• Manage small to medium-sized facility maintenance projects to enhance safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and repair history for accountability and continuous improvement.
