Job summary

TAD PGS, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, repair and relocate CNC and manual manufacturing equipment.

You will troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, calibrate tools and maintain the technical library and spare parts inventory. This role requires a technical certificate/diploma or equivalent experience and a strong working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Qualifications

• Related technical certificate/diploma with 2 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with electrical circuits and testing equipment.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards.
• Experience in ISO environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair and relocate CNC and manual manufacturing equipment and machine tools.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues and restore operation.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain technical library and spare parts inventory, including ERP data entry.
• Calibrate and adjust machine tools and equipment.
• Modify machines and building for specialized functions.
• Perform basic building maintenance such as plumbing and electrical work.
• Respond to spills and incidents and maintain a safe 5S workplace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
