Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience calibrating and making precision adjustments.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, manuals, and drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Proficiency with preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and relocate CNC machines, manual manufacturing equipment, and machine tools.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues and implement effective repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) activities and assist in developing and maintaining PM schedules.
• Interpret equipment manuals, schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation to support troubleshooting and repairs.
• Calibrate, align, and adjust machine tools and manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Modify machinery and facility systems to support specialized production requirements.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintain technical documentation, including ERP data entry and parts procurement.
• Perform minor facility maintenance, including basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Respond appropriately to spills, safety incidents, and emergency maintenance situations.
• Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in accordance with 5S and company safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
