Job summary

Regal Rexnord Thomson/Nook Cleveland Division is seeking a CNC Grinder Operator for second shift to set up and run centerless grinding operations, ensuring parts meet print specifications and ISO 9001 standards.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year of related experience, a one-year certificate or technical training, and strong math and measurement skills using micrometers and calipers. Join a team focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience or training.
• Ability to interpret verbal and written directions; read basic measuring devices and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Set up centerless grinder machinery per specifications.
• Operate centerless grinder, adhere to production standards and ISO 9001.
• Inspect product to print, identify flaws and perform deburring as needed.
• Move completed material to next workstation.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
