Qualifications

• Reads blueprints, schematics and manuals to understand product requirements.
• Edits CNC programs using G-code to meet design specifications.
• Uses precision tools (calipers, micrometers) to verify part dimensions.
• Operates CNC grinding machines to produce components per specs.
• Solves problems and adjusts processes to maintain quality and safety.
• Collaborates with team and supervisors to boost efficiency.
• Communicates clearly and follows written/verbal instructions.
• Maintains stamina to lift materials and work extended shifts.
• Formal CNC training or apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Grinding machines to produce components per specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals to understand requirements.
• Edit CNC programs using G-code to meet product design.
• Use calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions.
• Mount grinding wheels on machines using hand tools and abrasives knowledge.
• Monitor operations and adjust when deviations occur.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment for smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area per safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team to improve efficiency and productivity.
