Foamcraft, Inc. in Elkhart, IN is seeking dedicated CNC Operators to join our light manufacturing team. You will input commands, monitor saw operations, and ensure precise foam cutting to meet production needs.

The role is full-time, on-site at our Elkhart facility with hourly pay starting at $15. Prior CNC experience is welcome but not required, and training is provided to ensure safe and efficient operation of multiple CNC saw types.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Interpret dimensions and perform basic math safely.
• Follow all company policies and safety regulations.
• Prior CNC experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work collaboratively with teammates.

Responsabilités

• Cut foam with accuracy and in the correct quantity.
• Draw patterns and mark foam as directed.
• Organize cut materials in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Lift and move materials with proper techniques.
• Observe all safety rules and regulations.
