Job summary

SendCutSend Inc. in Reno, NV is seeking a hands-on CNC Finishing Technician to support pre- and post-machining operations, including material prep, detabbing, sanding, vapor honing, and inspecting parts to ensure they meet our quality standards.

You will assist with packaging and shipping, maintain tools and work areas, follow production schedules, and collaborate with the team to identify improvements while following safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and measurement instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new processes and take direction from Leads and Supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-machining operations, including cutting raw material using a saw.
• Conduct post-machining operations such as detabbing, sanding, and vapor honing CNC parts.
• Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to verify accuracy and quality.
• Maintain and clean tools, machines, and work areas to ensure a safe, organized workspace.
• Package and prepare completed parts for shipment, ensuring accuracy and protection during transit.
• Follow production schedules, work orders, and quality standards.
• Work closely with the team to identify and resolve process issues or improvements.
• Operate safely and comply with all company policies and safety procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
