Job summary

ActOne Group in Tempe, AZ is seeking a skilled CNC maintenance technician to perform machine leveling, alignment, and preventive maintenance on our equipment. You will diagnose issues across hydraulics, electronics, software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, executing repairs with urgency to minimize downtime.

Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, you will interpret safety and maintenance manuals, ensuring compliance and smooth operation for production lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in performing maintenance of CNC machines.
• Knowledge of OEM machine controllers (FANUC, HAAS).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine leveling and alignment on all machines.
• Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, software, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Execute repairs and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

Job description

REQUIRMENTS:

Must have a valid driver’s license.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
