Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking CNC Field Service Technicians to support customers across the Midwest and Southeast. This permanent role requires extensive travel (90–100% M-F) to install, service and troubleshoot CNC machines including lathes, mills and grinding equipment.

You will read blueprints and schematics, program and troubleshoot Fanuc controls and power circuits, and provide on-site training and project leadership. Base salary is $85,000–$90,000 with opportunities for overseas travel.

Qualifications

Associates in skilled trades or related experience.
3+ years of machine tool, metal cutting installation and maintenance.
90-100% travel out M-F.
Hands-on experience with lathes, mills or grinding machines.
Ability to interpret schematic drawings and blueprints.
Installation and maintenance of machining centers.
PLC programming/troubleshooting, control systems, Fanuc Controls, and power circuits.
Provide project management and training as required.
Valid driver’s license with unrestricted travel.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer sites across the Midwest and Southeast to install, service, and repair CNC machinery.
Diagnose and troubleshoot CNC controls, servo systems, and related electrical power circuits.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide maintenance and installation.
